Perfect customer support!Review by Jared on on 8/11/2015

I had purchased this part from another site in an effort to use my mil issue Bose A20 in my new job as a DAL 737 F/O. The initial part received was not compatible due to excessive feedback when I would key the mic, however I contacted Pilot Comm and that's where their great customer service kicked in. I sent the PA-88 in and in just a week had an updated part back in my hand at no charge, and that worked perfectly in the 737. Great support!

I purchased two Bose X Headsets on ebay that I thought were the Helicopter model. To my surprise, after calling Pilot USA and providing the microphone part #, they informed me that they were actually Military headsets. They suggested the PA-88 adapter to allow the headsets to work in my Cessna 182 and they were correct! Very informative staff and great product!
