Pilot USA Inc. continues to upgrade its line of aviation headsets by introducing an innovative designed ear seal which cancels 2-3 dB more noise than standard silicone ear seals. The new Twin-Layer ear seal uses Confor® foam in the bottom of the ear seal and then has a twin layer of silicone gel along the top that normally rests against the user’s ear. The twin layers are separated by a small air channel giving it more flexibility and comfort for the user.

The twin-layer seals are available for all Pilot USA headsets as well several other headset manufacturers.
