PILOT FIRST TO OFFER TRADE-IN PROGRAM FOR HEADSETS
The age old question of "What do I do with my old Headset?" has finally been addressed by Pilot. In order to fulfill and meet the needs of its loyal customers, Pilot has established a Trade-In program which allows its customers to trade-in their Pilot headset for a newer or an upgraded Pilot model. The program covers all Pilot headsets beginning with its original PA 10-40 headsets (vintage 1987) but also includes its current range of ANR headsets.

Someone who began flying with an inexpensive passive headset might want to move up to an ANR headset after becoming more involved in flying. With the rapid changes in technology, a pilot could upgrade his headset almost every 2 years if he wanted to and this program gives them a more affordable way to stay current and remain a Pilot customer.
