PILOT INTRODUCES ANR HELMETS
Capitalizing on its’ new Direct Noise Cancelling (DNC) ANR system, Pilot has begun installation of the DNC system in the CGF Gallet military style aviation helmets. The system has been shown to add an additional 15-18dB of noise reduction to the helmet in the low frequency range.

The American made DNC system is approximately 28mm in diameter and can be installed in the Gallet helmet. The new system, unlike previous ANR systems, is totally self-contained with a rechargeable nickel metal hydride (NIMH) battery, and requires no external battery boxes, extra cords or costly installations. The battery can be recharged up to 1000 times or has a life span of 5000 hours. A single charge gives approximately 10-14 hours of usage.

Pilot will be showcasing their full line of DNC headsets, helmets and electronic hearing protectors at the National Business Aviation Association show in Atlanta, Georgia (October 12-14th) and at the . For more information, contact Pilot at (800)731-0790
