| PILOT INTRODUCES MODULAR TOP-OF-THE-LINE HEADSET | |

| Using the same Swedish designed carrier (ear cups and headband) as on its Freedom & Independence ANR headsets, Pilot has introduced a new passive headset labeled the Pilot PA 21-60. The new headset is modular in design and function in that the comm-cord can be conveniently detached along with the microphone and boom assembly. This flexible design allows the user to reconfigure their headset for different applications. The standard comm-cord (dual plugs) used in fixed wing aircraft can be easily swapped out for use in helicopters (single plug) or even with a comm-cord that would plug directly into an ICOM A-22 or A4 transceiver. The standard electret microphone and boom can be fully detached and exchanged with a dynamic microphone, low impedance military microphone or even a throat microphone. This flexibility will allow the user to have one headset for multiple aviation applications. . Weighing in at 10.9 ounces, the new Pilot PA 21-60 is one of the lightest passive noise attenuating headset in general aviation and is backed by a five year unconditional warranty.
