PILOT INTRODUCES CONCORDE DNC HEADSET
Superior ANR circuitry combined with a proprietary digital signal processor circuit establishes Pilot new lightweight Concorde Direct Noise Canceling (DNC) headset as the new benchmark in the ANR segment of the market.

Twelve months after forming a “technology partnership” with Holmberg GmbH & Co. KG of Germany, Pilot has introduced the Concorde DNC. The Concorde has an in-line rechargeable nickel metal hydride (NiMH) battery pack. The rechargeable battery pack has an LED light which illuminates when the unit is on or when the battery pack is charging. The NiMH battery can be recharged up to 1000 times and has a life span of @ 5000 hours. An optional battery pack which can house a replaceable 9V battery is also available.

The Concorde DNC headset carries the product number PA 50-50 and has an unconditional five-year warranty. Weighing just 9.0 ounces, the Concorde is by far one of the lightest ANR style units on the market and provides the user with @40dB of total noise reduction in the lower frequencies.
